Day by day the importance of college education is increasing because of an array of factors ranging from the changed educational and industrial environment to the wide spread globalization which is fostering meeting of diversified workforce at workplaces. Due to this factor, more and more young adults are returning back to college for the sake of obtaining another college degree or in order to the demands raised by workplace. According to Conrad and Laura (2020), often the importance of college education is debated for the higher costs it requires, but most of the time, it has been evidenced that the benefits those can be obtained after completion of college education seems to outweigh the hurdles that has to be passed for the sake of attaining the goal.
